I can confirm that KB3020369 and KB3125574 were factory loaded and I manually loaded KB3172605. I was attempting to follow this post in an attempt to resolve. I tried both versions x86/圆4 but both returned the same error. I was also attempting to manually load KB3140245 since this is related to TLS1.2 but received error stating 'The update is not applicable to your computer'.
I loaded that patch manually due to windows update failing with the hope of clearing that issue to download other patches to clear up the perceived issue with internet communications. I did not load any other patches via windows updates until 7 days ago (manually - KB3172605) due to other internet issues I was encountering due to application client connectivity failing to pull from server about 15 days ago (not sure if it's related to http/https mandates). I purchased a HP ProOne 600 G2 Intel i5-6500 All-in-One in December 2107 with Win 7 Pro 64 bit SP 1 installed.
